According to EU regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order. During this time, you can decide to return the product for a full refund without giving a reason.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (skincare and nutrition), we must maintain strict hygiene standards. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unopened and unused.

• The original seal must be intact.

• The product must be in its original packaging.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for jars or capsule bottles that have been opened or used.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
